Well last couple of nights have been bad. She gets up constantly, licks herself all night. I really do not think it is incontinence. She gets up to pee. Last night she went to the den a couple of time to pee. The doctor is doing another Urine Culture. Said maybe last one was false negative since she was in antibiotics for a couple of weeks before culture. I was thinking that maybe the infection came now as of result of all the urinating which she has been doing. I notice that she never likes to sit directly on her butt/vulva area. She kind of goes to the side to so she sits on her side. she does not like when I clean her. Today I applied a little pressure between her anus and vulva and she yelped. I am not sure what that means. Going to ask the vet. Life would be so easier if our babies could talk huh. Wish us luck.

Thanks guys

Currently waiting for another ultrasound. Vet says the bladder is very large and feels obstruction in uretha. Says it's probably cancer. Waiting to speak with him again to confirm. Crying like a baby waiting, don't know what to do. Very sad moment for me and when I tell my family tonight. Can't believe this!

So they said that there is a tumor in the urethra which is most likely 'transitional cell carcinoma." At this point Mya is only able to get very little urine out due to the tumor. She is uncomfortable and will get worst. I am going to spend some precious memorable moments with MYA and monitor how she passes urine and to see if she starts eating (has not been last day and a half, not even her snacks). We are going to have to put her to rest soon according to the doctor. Very sad and hard to think about her gone. Thanks everyone for your thoughts and support.

God, I'm so sorry. I had a friend that fostered a boxer with this type of cancer. I know it moves quickly. I also know how hard it is to think of losing her, but try to remember that dogs live in the moment. Just love her and try not look at her with sadness, because she'll feel that and worry for you. There will be time for that later. Spoil her and love her. I would love to see a picture of your Mya. Her name is beautiful. I'm so damn sorry.

Mya is a beautiful girl. Same goes for the skin kid. It looks like you've made some good memories.
