I do but for some reason she likes to drink out of the cats plastic bowl. so just try to keep the area dry and clean?

Definitely get the cat stainless steel bowls. Feline acne is much worse than puppy acne, & I for one never want to try to wash a cat's zitty chin again.
Ruby gets an outbreak after every heat. She's going through an outbreak now; of course, she has shows back to back for the next 3 weeks...We use hot water on a facecloth with tea tree oil shampoo (just a little bit goes a long way); then rinse copiously with cold water.

Okay I got ACV today and SS bowls. How should I apply it to her chin? Spray bottle? paper towel?
