Putting a deposit on a litter

Well, after a long search, I have finally decided on a breeder (I love her dogs) and have been accepted for a puppy. I am so excited now and really just wanted to share. Not sure if this should go in this forum or not.

Anyway, other than that, I can't wait until the summer to bring my EM home. Just wanted to share my excitement about the puppy and once we bring her home, I will post pictures of her for everyone to see. I will have to drive into the States to pick her up (I'm from Canada) but it will be worth the extra effort to get her.

Thanks. Yes, the wait will be the hardest but luckily I have some vacation time in between now and when the puppy is expected so that should keep me distracted for a little while. Hopefully.

I have a beowulf female from the Jan 11 litter of Rumor/Kubota and know exactly what you are going through with the wait. Susan is great and it will be worth the every long second of the wait. Each day our pup continues to amaze us and you'll see that Beowulf has such a great reputation for a reason...when people see my female I continually get the compliment of how beautiful and sweet she is, every single person who has met her has fallen in love with her. Which litter is your pup going to come from?

Thanks. I would love to see pictures of your girl. Kubota (darn pokemon games the kids play have me spelling it Kabuto all the time, lol) is one of my favorites of Susann's dogs. I am looking for a show pup so we are playing it by ear. It may be Notty's but if there isn't one that fits the look we want, then we will be waiting for another litter. Susann will let us know as soon as she knows what she has.

We were very fortunate to get a female out of the Kubota/Rumor litter...they are two of our favorites. Susan was kind enough to bring Kubota in when we picked up Lilu so we could meet him. He was so amazingly beautiful and was very sweet...I wanted to take him home! Not to mention HUUUUGE Wow he was nothing but muscle! I might do a show with Lilu prior to having her spayed so we'll see if the timing works out.
