soft sided dog crate

Has anyone ever used a soft sided crate for their mastiff?

I am interested in getting one this summer but I am wondering about people's experiences with them. Has your dog ever eaten the sides or windows in the crate?
If you've had a good experience with them, is there a particular brand you'd recommend.
