I have been wondering how long it could take Fiona to learn to catch treats or a ball....
Well I have just kept up with randomly throwing treats at her (while I chuckle as it hits her forehead hehe)
Today she caught her tennis ball 4 or 5 times from a toss a few feet away! So, I though "let's try a treat!"
Sure enough- she caught MOST of them!!!!! Wahoo!!!! It's like it just clicked or something. Maybe because I threw a puppy party everytime she caught it so she figured out I LOVED it and it was a good thing to do. Anyhow, I was pretty excited!
Mini Fiona update: She recovered well from her spay, she is just over 7 months, now 67lbs and too smart for her own good! haha I got her a Kong wobbler lat week and what does she do with it besides tip it over for the treats- well, she unscrews it and eats them all at once! What the heck! haha
We start her intermediate obedience glass on Saturday which I am thankful for because she has recently accrued a bad habit of jumping out of excitement. So we are sticking to it and class will ve great for keeping her going and working her brain :-D
We have had a pretty low key couple weeks and now I am back to work full time so she is adjusting to not being AS spoiled with walks and outings haha.
...and just cuz
