Weird thing happened at the park today

We headed back to the car after our walk and I noticed a pair of little girl's underwear by the car. I figured it was dropped by someone from the park this weekend.

Of course, had to rush over to check it out. Well....he sniffed, jumped back and ran to the car. I went over to him and he was extremely jumpy. His leash rubbed up against his head and he jumped. He only wanted to get into the car. I even tried to give him water and he jumped back.

Any ideas on what happened?

First time this has ever happened.

*Scratching head*

He was ok as soon as he got into the car and laid down.

So strange!

I'm guessing the poor guy was just horrified that someone left their underwear in a public park lol!

huh. Its not unusual for them to be attracted to dirty undies. The one time I dropped a pair on the way to the washer Apollo carried them around the house till I could retrieve them from him (he refused to drop them, nutcase). Not sure about the jump, maybe there was something sharp under them and it felt weird when he rubbed against them?

Dogs know something. ......hopefully it's nothing.

That was my thought:(

When I take a shower, Cane always steals either my panties or nightshirt. He will take them to the middle of the living room and leave them there. He used to would lay with it. Now, he usually just drops them and walks away.

I didn't see anything under the undies but I didn't move them or touch them. We're going back to the park today and I hope the undies are gone.
