  • Welcome back!

We decided to spruce things up and fix some things under the hood. If you notice any issues, feel free to contact us as we're sure there are a few things here or there that we might have missed in our upgrade.

William Wallace is home!!

We picked up Gunny's little brother today. He's an 8wk old Scotty. Gunny is so intrigued by this little thing that he's not sure what to do.

How cute is that?? The size difference is hysterical.

And one of our biggest concerns. One misplaced paw from Gunny and we're probably headed to the vet. So far, he's just been licking and sniffing. The funniest thing is that Willy will growl at Gunny when he's had enough and Gunny jumps back like he's some ferocious beast. :D

Love the Name, I tried to name Maximus that but got shot down by the kids... hes a cutie...

If my wife hadn't picked Gunny's name, there's no way she would have gone with it. It was up to me, and that seemed perfect. My little Scottish Warrior. Lol.

Awwww! So cute. The little guys seem to be much more resilient then the giants. So, try not to worry too much. I used to think Cane had killed Jezzy, little ACD, when we first got her. They would be playing and Cane would be super gentle but she would run off yelping with a limp. I just knew her leg was broke, each time. Before you could count to 10 she would be flying back in, hanging off his dewlaps having a blast.

Thanks guys. 33 years without ever owning a dog and now I've got a super sized one and a small guy within the last year. I may never see my cats again. Lol

Adorable!

When we first got Arty we were TERRIFIED that Apollo would accidently step on him, or sit on him or.....I knew apollo knew how to handle little dogs, but he'd never had one in the house before. Apollo proved to be VERY aware of where the little guy was at all times. Definetly keep a close eye out, but I bet Gunny's got a better idea of where his feet are than you think.

Years ago I had a huge rotti, and my ex brought home this tiny female beagle pup. I was terrified of what Oso would do to her, whether intentionally or by accident. There were no problems what so ever, except that by six months, "Ally McBeagle" was running the show and getting my rotti into all sorts of trouble!!

Lol! I love the stories about the little guys running the show, I can definitely see that becoming the case with these two. I think Gunny will be a great big brother. He hardly lets him out of his sight. He's always been really good around small dogs, but like Ruth, we've never had anything in the house before besides the cats, and they don't let him get too close.
