To be honest, I don't know where he came from. My daughter bought him for me for Christmas. I was living in Midland at the time and she got him from somewhere in the DFW area, but I'm not exactly sure where.
We didn't really know about BYB's at the time, and we were new to buying a dog from a breeder. She was told that the mom got sick and stopped nursing him when he was three weeks old, so that's when I got him. We found out a few months later that the whole story was a lie and that this man was actually letting his puppies go as young as one week.
I bottle fed Franklin, loved him, and trained him on everything but walking well on a leash, and when the leash training went bad, so did his socialization.
So now you know why I blame myself. But, even though he's a mess, he's my mess. Lol
