12year old Cane Corso mobility

I have 12y CC, its great dog but mobility is very bad and dog is become tired very fast.
We go to Vets so many times but everyone say the same things, its because of ages.
Is any way i can improve mobility in my dog so he can at least walk without pain?

Did the vet reccomend a joint supplement. I give my dogs glucosamine, you can buy joint aids for older dogs.

So great you've taken care of him so well he's lasted to 12 years. I believe with an excellent, clean diet and real love that this should be the norm. I hope all is well with him.
