I just wanted to give another update on my sweet Cora!
We have just four more weeks of initial recovery following her TPLO surgery. She is walking very well and the muscles on her leg are finally starting to come back. I keep her in the living room still, but big brother Axel is able to join her and snuggle with her now. He is very good with her and knows that he can't play with her, so he ignores her if she puts a toy in his face (haha).
She walks for about 15 minutes a day now and we continue to do her stretches daily.
She will have a follow up appointment on Monday with her surgeon and my prediction is he will be pleased with her progress.
I appreciate all the support from everyone on this forum. It's been hard for her these past 8 weeks, so it's important for me to be strong for her.
