anyone know about this breeder in IL?

Anyone know anything about Ridgeview Mastiff's in Peoria, Il? Looking to possibly get a puppy from them. I've been looking for a breeder for about 6-12m so I'm hoping I found one. This will be our first EM. We have a beagle/Basset currently.

I don't know anything about them, and geez their site gives no information does it.

Have you talked to them at all yet?

Questions you should ask:

Are the parents (and grandparents) health tested (I'll get you a list of health tests you should expect in a minute)?
Are either or both of the parents, and grandparents titled conformation or working dogs?
They say that "this will be the last litter for these two dogs", does that mean that they've bred these two dogs to each other before? If so why are they repeating the breeding?
Is there a puppy contract and can you see a copy of it now?

I have only talked through facebook so far. I guess they were going to spay mom but she had a reaction to the anesthesia and then had a silent heat and voila....lol.
