Looking at their website, they list 3 males, 1 year old, 12 months, and 7 months old, all "available for stud".... ah, aren't those ALL too young to be breeding? I thought there were many health tests that you could not complete before 2 years of age?
They don't say anything about the health testing of the parents or grandparents...

And yea the pics could be old but the fact they don't have the current ages on their males or on their females they have bred is sketchy.

Edit: Iroc just turned a year in May so definitely too young.

I'd definetly want to know about health testing results. Here's a list of the recommended tests for the DDB: Canine Health Information Center: CHIC Information Unfortunetly I'm given to understand that a fair number of DDB breeders DON'T health test, which I happen to think is an incredibly stupid move.

Champions.....I can't confirm one way or the other, but they list the dogs as coming from "champion lines" which is NOT the same thing as being champions themselves. I do see that apparently at least one has an AKC registration, which is cool.....

On the face of it I'm less than impressed. Now if it turns out that they DO health test (and can show you the results) and at the dogs are actually champions or within a few points of being champions (or good working dogs, would be acceptable), then cool. But otherwise, nope, I'd not spend that kind of money on a pup without those things.

One thing that did concern me is the fact that they reiterate that a good puppy is an expensive puppy. That combined with a lack of information on testing and the apparent young ages of breeding stock has me leaning towards them being less than reputable but with a very nice image. Just a gut reaction, no proof.

Iroc has a litter produced and due June 26th so he was less than a year when the breeding took place. Lovely. I just found out a Neo owner had 3 litters from one male (between 2 females) and he is only 2 and a half and a EM breeder has 2 litters from a male who is only 18 months old from the same female. If they went back to back, that is 1 year and 17 months. I think some breeders need to reassess sperm quality in young and old males.
