We adopted our Neo when she was 5 months old (she is now 10 months). She has expelled every body fluid you can imagine all over my van, still does, and so I must conclude she gets irrevocably carsick. Does anyone have experience with a carsick mastiff? Any tips/advice?... besides getting a new car... which is in order at this point...

Drive nicer?
... our first dog would lose it if I drove too...ah...aggressively. :)

But seriously - hopefully you find something that works from Deb's links.

Not sure if it would fit, but keeping her in a crate might help? Try seats up/seats down to see which she likes better?
We have a Subaru with the seats down, and Denna rolls around quite a bit. She's much more comfortable in the back seat of our F350, where she has a seat-back to lean against (seats fold up, so the bottom of the seats are still there for her to recline against).
