Winter's Cinder

I have been told numerous times the rib thing.... run your fingers down their rib cage... you should be able to feel all the ribs, and should be able to see some definition of the last 2 or 3 when standing back and looking....@nadelwald
I was actually concerned that he might be a bit too thin (ribs showing).
I would like him to grow slow and steady, and gain appropriate weight for his breed combination and age group.
Best wishes,

Now... im not sure if I got all of that right... but that's what I try to do with cinder... its hard to keep the balance as they grow because they do grow so fast...
If you see more of the ribs starting to show... go ahead and give your pup more food.... if you see those last 2 or 3 ribs starting to dissappear. ... adjust down the amount....
Unfortunately there is no specific guide to the amount of food to feed our fur babies... we have "suggestions" of where to start... just like humans... each dog is different... and we as fur baby parents have to learn what works best for each individual dog...
