coupe of questions Walking and Collars

Hi There

All going well with my lovely girl. 2 more questions

1) Now 6mths old, how much walking etc should she get. At the moment she has free range over 2 acres all day long,

2) What type of leads and collars are you using

Thanks

I am using an Ezydog collar, they are padded and really strong. Plus a strong nylon lead (only because given half a chance Mia will eat a leather one! Ha Ha! Not sure what breed you have as it is probably on another thread!

Generally, the amount of time to exercise is 5 minutes per each month of age. So 30 minute structured walk would be good for her now.

Depending on how well she walks will determine what type of collars and leads will work best for you. I use a short traffic lead and a prong collar to give me the control I need while out walking my 18 month old male CC, he's still in training.
