Cyst like bump on cheek

Hey all,

I noticed a bump that sticks out far out of my dogs (14 months) side cheek area. It is rather hard and feels very round.

I am worried sick. I am taking him to the vet tomorrow but never had to go through something like this so I am asking for all opinions on what it might be before they diagnose him with some BS.

Could it have something to do with his teeth? Is he too young for cancer?

Uhhh, I'm out of my mind.

I did post something a week ago asking how long it takes for pre-molars to come in because my dog does have some spacing in between his.

Vet says it's nothing. If it were serious, it would have lost hair but because the hair is in tact and he is fine with everything else- not vomiting, bleeding, or eating less.. we have nothing to worry about it. He threw some big medical terms at me and said to apply a warm compress on it 2x a day, it should go down within 2-3 weeks. We'll be checking back with the doc then.
