here is two types you can guess. the first two pics are the same mollosser dog and as a hint its not a CAO (central asian ovcharka or central asian shepherd) but close ..and the the last one is a type of mollosser and sometimes classified as a mastiff

Hector: pretty close the sarabi is the iranian or persian mastiff shepherd pretty close to the CAO and Kangal and considered by many as the most powerful dog ...,in the picture is a very very close relative of all these dogs ..
QY10: also pretty close ..this dog is not quite a bully kutta

Carol close but no..actually the central asian shepherd or Central asian ovcharka (like my baby) is a well recognized breed that is a pure breed and very old descending from ancient molossers like the sarmatian and assyrian mastiffs.it covers many countries of central asia like parts of russia, kazakhestan, turmenistan, azerbidjian, etc.... down to turkey and iran. the CAS is actually about a dozen of breeds all slightly different depending on the region. however in general CAs or CAO today means the central asian shepherd of turkmenistan or also called alabai but in reality it could be a mix of diffrent types of CAS. in iran it becomes the sarabi dog and in turkey it takes a different form through mixing with other breeds and is a recognized breed called kangal wich divides into many subtypes one of them is the Malakli kangal you mentioned.
to answer your question i am not sure the one in the picture is a registered breed yet since it is considered a type of CAS but it is not an alabai (pretty much related to the alabai)

hehe sorry here is a hint: think of a country in asia other than kazakhestan, turkmenistan, azerbidjian, kirghistan, iran, turkey .......a country where this dog is a pretty old breed like the CAS of kazakhestan and turkmenistan.
As for the other dog in the third picture it is pretty close to the bully kutta.
