Ok so we have been taking Outlaw out with leash still nursing his knee (popping sound is better!) however I think he is in a major growth spurt right now. He will be 8 months on Jan 5 th and is weighing 85-87 lbs. he has started to use the bathroom again in the house(so not like him) and is now peeing in multiple spots outside. Is he marking? Or does he have some sort of bladder infection?!? Starting to get a little more rambunctious as well! Lol
Any thoughts?!?

He could be marking as it is hard to tell when their man brains kick in, especially if you don't have an intact female in your house. Some are faster than others. I would have him tested for a UTI just to be on the safe side though just to rule that out.

My pup at 8 months began peeing in short stops about a month ago, and yes, I believe he is marking because of his behavior and the way he chooses his spots to pee on. I don't know much about CC's behavior, I am an OEM owner, but will tell you that english mastiffs at about 7+ months go stupid until about 1 yr. They test at any given moment, have energy bursts, get hardheaded and just plain aggravating! It is like having a two year old human! All of my previous boys (7 of them) began marking at about that age as well, only one tried indoors.

It sounds like marking except for the accidents in the house. It was around that age that Ruger (EM) started marking but he did not revert back to peeing in the house.

Well he did have company over and was real excited... So maybe he is just marking cause he hasn't used the bathroom in the house since...
