I'd say that's rough play. One of the pups is very vocal. When they get older, the white pup may get tired of being pulled at the neck and retaliate.

My two play like that all the time and they are 2.5yrs and 3.5yrs old. In fact it gets rougher than that sometimes but they both always go back for more.

Thx for the concern musicdeb: Does look a bit rough, but they do enjoy it. I watch and if it gets a bit too exciting, then they get a time out. Definitely do not want a sheepish dog, but, on the other hand I want one that can defend itself if need be. I believe this rough housing play teaches them some skills that they may/may not need.

Good to hear Mummy: Yes, these two sure know how to dish it out. At the dog parks they are little angles amongst the 30 - 40 other dogs at any given time.

It looks like good fun to me :D Our Boxer was very vocal when he played with other dogs or us. He had another boxer buddy that he used to have play dates with and from the sound of it you would think there was a dog fight in our yard, but no they just liked to talk. Our 2 Corso play hard and rough. Our walls have holes in them from bodies and heads colliding. They know their limits and will let each other know when the play is enough.

I have to respond to your comment Cody. That was too funny. Makes me start to rethink if I want to get into the Corso Club. Holes in the house sounds interesting. Will definitely make for a great conversation piece when guests come over. Not planning on reselling our house so that is good too.
