I will try to do a search from where I saw, and why I liked, the quote.

So, that's where I saw the quote. I liked having Mateo wear that statement around his neck...that he does come in peace, (but he is my protector as well.)

Is it a Fetching Tag? I like it! Arty has one that says "Escape Artist" (with his name and my number on the other side. But I'm thinking of replacing Apollo's. I got it when he was a pup, and it no longer quite fits him lol "if you can read this I will lick you", but I haven't found a saying I want to replace it with.

Yep- from Fetching Tags. It's a nice, thick "Fat Brass" one- I love it.

Yeah, time for an upgrade for Apollo!

Great pictures!! I just LOVE Mateo!! He has to be the most handsome dude I've seen at a beach!!

He looks huge, so thick and broad. Makes poor Tony look like a twig, haha.

Glad he was able to help your grieving friends... hard to be sad with that adorable face around!!

Mateo was a good balm for my friends-- they are real dog people, and live in a dog-friendly paradise (right on the bay, with lots of beaches nearby.)

My boy was in heaven!

Thank you-- you know, I think that the presence of these big dogs can only be experienced fully in person...probably more so than the little ones.

Thanks--- these pics were taken by my friend, with his fancy camera. :) I know it's a Nikon, but not sure of the specifications.
