I would try on line if I were you. here in the UK we have a lot of outdoor markets and you can usually find a dog accessory stalls there where they will make you a collar on the spot while you wait. I assume you have nothing of the sort there?

We have flea markets in my area. I just have to find out when they'll open again and if there's a place I can find a collar for Rose. Thank you for your help!!
