Our cane corso is also 6 months and he is in the 90lb and above range. I'll echo everyone else. His weight and height is already genetically set. Focus on health and happiness..

Welcome! It's not necessarily typical, but it happens. I've seen a couple other corsos on here and in other groups that were rather large at that age as well. My current male weighed about 65lbs at 6 months. He's 110lbs at 20 months. He's smaller than what seems to be becoming average.
