new to group

hello ..i am a new member to the group ..i just got an 8mth old mastiff puppy..he looks more like a grown dog ...lol ..he is a cutie ...i think we are going to really enjoy having him ..so please give me all the tips you can .. this isnt my forst rodeo with a big dog ...i had a great dane for 6 years ..he was a sweetie and i miss him very much ..this do reminds me alot of him

i will try and take some pics of him today ...he is the english mastiff ..i just got him 2 days ago ...he seems to be a really good dog...very loving and gentle ...but yet protective ...he took up with us right away ...like he was a part of the family ..so thats a plus and he gets along with my other dogs good too ...i have a winnie dog , a lab/basset hound and a yorkie ..i also have 2 cats and birds

thanks for the welcomes ..i got a couple of cell pics ...hard to get good ones ..he keeps moving ...lol

..he got that old pillow that i planned on burning ...he loves it ...it came out of my deer stand ..i guess ill let him carrry it around for awhile im going to get him a new collar made today that has a built in name tag ...there is a lady that i had make collars for my other dogs ...she does a really good job ...12.00 including name tag ..they are heavy duty and last a really long time ..still enjoying duke alot ...hes fun ..im glad i got him

i bought him from a friend of mine ..he did come from texas ...beaumont area ...so he could have came down the line from yours ..he does look like your pic

thanks again for the welcome ..i got a few more pics ..and the chain in the pics on him is just because we was feeding all of my dogs ..if i dont chain him up ..he will eat all of there food ..lol
