I'm not pregnant & all I can think about is hot donuts.
I am doing this local weight loss challenge and we do our weigh-ins every Saturday morning...next to a bakery. Who the hell would build a gym next to a bakery! I have now made it a habit of "rewarding" myself every Saturday morning with a delicious Red Velvet donut if I've lost more than a pound. Omnomnomnom!

I might have to get in on this as Bella and my grandson exhausted me at the park this morning and I "rewarded" myself for all my exercise with a whole package of double stuffed Oreos! Damn....I forgot how good they were :)

Red Velvet Donut- red velvet cake reincarnated in donut form.
It is a beautifully delicious donut of the cake variety(not the raised kind), the batter they use for the cake donut is incredibly similar to that of a red velvet cake, only more dense and moist. The icing is a fantastic cross of traditional donut frosting and cream cheese frosting.
It is heavenly.

That description literally made my mouth water. The ihop nearby has red velvet pancakes right now & when I told my mom about the red velvet donuts she asked where she can get them! Ha!!

That's a step! I'm actually working out, today will be day 3. Also watching my calories & eating smaller portions. No cokes or caffeine. Right now I'm walking 2 miles a day & I'm doing a 30 day squat challenge. My legs are so sore I can barely sit down to pee without wincing. But I'm hoping to have a pretty sweet ass after 30 days. ;) Hahahahahaha here it is if you want to try it:

I think we ned before and after pics to compare... haha JK.. I''ve lost about 15lbs this year so far, 15 to go before summer. I'm really trying to be careful since I'm not smoking now don't want to baloon up...

When I get to that point I'll have to do that in sections. Even last night when it was 55. I had to do 30, take a break then go back & do the other 25. I imagine if I keep to it the soreness will work itself out...I hope. Otherwise I'm gonna have to learn how to pee standing up. Hahahahaha

You're still drinking though....waste of calories and leads to munchies :razzberry:

Actually I haven't been drinking, afraid if I do ill start smoking again. I came close last night to having a drink but resisted the urge.
