I am pet sitting a lab who just inhales her food in a minute. She also eats anything in sight including her poop. I think she has a binge eating problem. Is it possible for dogs to be binge eaters? How she eats is clearly not normal
I'm not sure if dogs binge eat, but I do know that eating fast can cause problems for example Bloat, or they can actually choke. I slow my dogs but putting a rock in the middle of the bowl.. It makes them slow down and eat around the rock therefore reducing the risk of bloat, choking. You can also try wetting the kibble.. It will make it a little harder for the dog to eat fast and he'll actually have to chew it.
