Can they be active as long as you train them or do they tire out on runs

There are individual differences no doubt, but as long as they are exercised regularly every day and kept active, they will be active. I don't run with mine, but she's been on a few 10k walking hikes now no problem.

Mine is happy to chill at home and happy to go on adventures. The difference I see is that she doesn't seem to require the same baseline of activity as a sporting breed, but she is capable of the same level of exertion. Haven't run with her yet since she is under 18 months.

P.S. I should add, in Canada we use km, so by 10k hike I mean 10km - whatever that is in miles these days LOL

Multiply km by .6 and you will get miles.
So a 10 km run is 6 miles.

One of those conversions that fails to stick in my head, I've been beat down by the metric system LOL

My Presa's are very active (13 Months & 7 Months). They run around in the yard and I take them on daily runs. Mines don't tire out.
