I have yet to breed a litter, but have 85 pages of articles and info I have written for new puppy buyers. I refuse to call it a book yet, LOL. Might be overkill. I also have a trifold brochure type thing that I will record each puppes birth weight and weekly weight with room for them to keep the records after they have ownership of the dog, same with the vaccination record and training class record. Each section for each type of record has a few 'tips', like the weight record has a picture illustrating how to score your dogs body condition to prevent obesity. The training record section reminds them that they agreed in their contract to take the puppy to at least one obedience class prior to the dog turning 6 months. A would think a picture pedigree would be nice too along with copies of all of the parents health testing or the summary from OFFA.org on each parent.
