Keep in mind that like your kids, your girls will end up wherever they stop. I've been told that some Mastiffs starting out small can get pretty big. And vice-versa.

Very true. one of the largest Mastiff I know was only 16lb at 8 weeks and around 125 at 1 year, at 3 years Romeo was a very solid 245 to 250, and now at believe 7 1/2 years is still a very active 250+, but could stand to lose 10 or 15 now.
Same note one I know was around 25 to 30lbs at 8 weeks and now at almost 9 years is just under 150lbs.

10 months tomorrow, 158.5 Lbs. Filling out more. Still a little jumpy with the trash truck, and fireworks. Overall a great dog.
