Tripe Options?

I keep missing the order date for Texas Tripe, so I was at a pet store yesterday and I saw this....K9 Natural - Lamb Green Tripe 0.44lb (Makes 2.2 lb) | K9 Natural - USA Online Store

I gave Sadie a bag of it yesterday and she did enjoy it. They also had the canned tripe, but this was cheaper. Is it better then nothing or should I get the "fresh" tripe?

Definetly better than nothing, and better than canned (canned has to be heated to be shelf stable). I'd say fresh is better than freeze dried if you can get it, but this works.

Agree with Ruth, 100%. Plus I would think fresh is going to be much cheaper. I know Texas Tripe is usually under 2.00 a pound.

I keep missing the cut of date for ordering. I will get some fresh and maybe just keep the freeze dried for "emergencies".
