Thank you very much, he swoons when people make a fuss of him in public. Oh, he causes a riot whenever we take him to the groomers (this is his second time being groomed but he's been a few times before), but he's not the one kicking up a fuss - his groomer/owner of the shop has a male Basset the that hates large breed male dogs, so naturally he begins howling as hounds do, setting her other Basset off. I'm surprised she hasn't had noise complaints but it happens wherever we go.

You're welcome to try, he's not one for cuddling unfortunately, with us at least. He doesn't even give kisses.

It looks like he still has some growing to do based on his paws. On second thought, my Dogue's paws are huge and he's done--after the size of his head, that's the second thing people comment on, lol.

Yeah, his Dad is pretty huge, /apparently/ he's got the biggest chest & neck of all registered DDB in Europe. I imagine he's (Murphy) still got a bit of growing to do though, he's like a Chianina bull when he wants to be, much to my dismay. :scared2:

Nope, he's from Minnox Bordeaux. It's not up there with the 'big guys' like Emberez and Rozeldogue but I couldn't be happier with him at the moment. I do love Emberez though. His Dad lives in Ireland, and I /think/ he's from an Irish line. I'm not sure about his Mum though.

I had a look over his pedigree on Friday and it turns it his Dam's mother is from Emberez, so I'm assuming his mother is too.
