We decided to spruce things up and fix some things under the hood. If you notice any issues, feel free to contact us as we're sure there are a few things here or there that we might have missed in our upgrade.

When your dog has to go!

Magnum goes to the door and whines and if you don't hear him immediately he will come get you and pull you to the door. Ruger hasn't "needed" to in a long time so normally he just waits until I am going out and will follow me then.

Mine go to the door and scratch and if we ignore them or dont see them, they will come and stand infront of the tv and they wont move until we stand up to let them out lol.

Sadie will just stand by the door. The way I have the living room set up, the love seat is blocking the view of the door to the back yard, so if I don't see her right away she will peek around the corner. If she has to go out in the middle of the night, she will muzzle punch me if I do not wake up by her breathing in my face.

Denna will ring the bells on the back door if she really needs out.

She hasn't really "needed" to go out for a long time, either... she gets ample opportunities when I stop by the kitchen for another cup of coffee - if she follows me and heads for the door, I let her out. Normally she goes out first thing in the morning, again around 11am, 3pm, 6pm and 11pm (before bed)... and various random other times, 'just because'.

If Denna needs out during the night, she'll paw at/hit the baby gate on the bedroom door (even though we've been leaving the gate open lately) it makes a metallic ring that wakes me up... if she's insistent enough, I'll get up. Recently, I've ignored the first 'hit' and she's gone back to sleep. :)

Both were bell trained as pups, but I had to take it away because Topaz just thought that was the funnest toy ever and it drove me crazy. Now she just wines at the patio door. If we don't respond, she comes down in to the family room right in front of me and barks really loud. Then she lunges for the stairs again back up to the patio. It's hard to ignore that when does it. Blue has never made any sort of noise (Besides the bell as a pup) to go outside. She just holds it until we let her out. She's a camel. Although we are on a pretty routine schedule, so I'm sure she has adjusted to it over the years.

STEVSH - Denna did the same thing for a while with the bells - thinking they were fun... she LOVED that I came running to open the door when she rang the bells. She always was hopeful that I'd go outside with her to play, so she ring them when she got bored watching me sit and work at the computer. When I stopped going out with her, and started ignoring the first ring... she stopped being so annoying with them.

Carma will just look at me like she wants something. When I ask "what is it" she turns her head and starts walking very slowly to the back door while making sure I follow her.

Bernie: will come take my hand and take me to the door.
Pohm: she'll wait, and if not opened, will take the door out, to get outside. Has taken out 2 doors doing this.
Brian: he's fine pissing indoors! not a problem at all. Have to leave door open all time for this one whilst still being trained.

Tyson is getting trained but he goes to the backdoor wines and then starts to pee. It's like he waits till he can't hold it anymore and then tries to go outside.

They go onto the enclosed porch and turn around to stare at you through the doorway. If you don't get up jiggers will sit in front of you and stare, once he has your attention he tilts his head to the side. Kryten will come over, plop his head in your lap and sigh, loudly.

Franklin grabs me by the arm and drags me to the door. If I tell him he has to wait a minute he jumps on me and gives me kisses. ;)
