He's looking great.
I can tell by that hair crease he REALLY don't like that bunny being in his drive way.

I know that's Mouse's tell, when he is not joking.

Thanks - yes he is growing into a handsome boy. No he doesn't like not being able to get to the bunny - the ones that are dumb enough to come into the back portion of the property get to race him for the fence! The ones out front are off limits since his recall off leash goes out the window when a rabbit is involved.

The best "ridge back" was over the weekend when our neighbor was cleaning her water feature in front of her house. She added a little too much soap and had bubbles all over! He sat at the front window all puffed up and growled really low for 2 hours as he watched them float around her yard. Yep - under attach from bubble mosters! He loves to chase the bubbles when the grand kids play with them outside so not sure what he thought they were. Silly pup. :D

I can't believe how fast Angus is growing up! (Well maybe I can because Oscar is too) haha. He's looking great! I'm glad to hear that killer bunny didn't get you guys! Go Angus Go!

Thanks - he is a lovey doofus! Chase the bunnies is his favorite game. He gets upset that we won't let him play it out front - only in the back fenced portion of the property. All off leash recall skills disappear when there is a bunny involved. :scared2:

LOL! Mine has that too, but he insists he hears everything, just only remembers the important stuff. :)
Thanks Dawn - he is handsome but as we all know looks can be deceiving....at 14 months he is a stinker right now! Selective hearing...just like my hubby! :D

Look at that face he's an angel.

:D yep - the horns hold up his halo! Today's fiasco involved digging up a chicken carcass he had buried in one of my flower beds and scraping the skin off his nose (2nd time in the past 3 days) Blood all over. He doesn't dig with his paws, he roots more like a pig to cover stuff up. Now he's pouting under hubby's desk because I threw the rotting mess away and cleaned his nose. Yep absolute angel! :D

Damn, you better stop being so mean to that boy.

He was trying to be a good boy and conserve his chicken.

Don't worry Angus, we know mommy is exaggeration how bad you are

Thanks - he is a handsome sweetie......most days. PITA others - always testing boundaries, just too smart for his own good. :D

What a handsome Sir! I love these posts that are keeping track of the dog's lives. It really is something how one can watch em grow post by post. It's also sort of sad, they'll never be those lil puppies they were when we brought them home. Thanks so much for sharing and keep us posted.

Angus, I can't believe the way your mean mom talks about you.

I'm starting to think she's a pita helicopter mom.

!

Thanks for the morning laugh CR! I'd have to drag my butt off the chair to "helicopter parent" him! :D I'm recovering from an abdominal surgery and slow moving - much to Angus's delight. He's taken advantage of my condition to do things he knows he shouldn't and then run off - I'm the strict/consistent puppy parent. Hubby took him to feed store last night for an outing and Angus marked a pallet of bird feed and straw bales on the way into the store! I think both Angus and dear Hubby are in need of a refresher training course. I'm sure I'll hear about it next time I'm in there - small towns!

How about I zap him over for the day and he can "help" you?
