ok had a revalation about this ole boy while palying with toilets today. Hes not as bad as they say he is. He bit the momma daddy and kids and then the neighbor. Hes only warning biting. also, they stated that they had been in the back yard with him on a few occasions. My feeling is , hes stressed, and they have never handled a gigantic untrained young male that looks terrifying. so they have the smell of fear all over them, and he originally was keying off of this. next he thinks hes protecting his castle, his back yard from intruders. So , my feeling is josh is going to be pleasently suprised at the dogs responce if he goes slow and remains calm.( no fear big daddy) you got this in the bag.

Do you honestly think this man would have let this dog bite his kids FULLY bite , i mean, and let this dog live. If this dog had done a true bite there would have never been numerous bite. 200lbs. hell dog with the bite off satan himself, bites you and you continue letting other family members near him?????? things that popped into my head while working on pottys today

No josh was the one going to call. I cant take the ole boy as i have an intact female who is about to go in heat , a pregnent wife and a three year old son. SO , you know i am a recipe for a disaster right now.

Ahh ok. I wasn't sure if you had tried to contact them...I'm being too lazy to read back through the thread again. I hope its not the kind of people that were posting the ad as some kind of joke & they really honestly don't care. :-/

I hope they respond to Josh. Im with you on your thinking Masteneo. My dog bit me cus I got in the middle of dog fight, last April. I still have the bruises and was in and out of the hospital for a week or two for outpatient antibiotic treatment. I can guarantee you that dog, while he could have bitten worse, didn't bite anywhere close to that.
Just because the dog has reacted the way he has in his situation doesn't mean he's going to react the same way in a situation with someone who has a clue.

Also, the guy could be telling the truth. Good chance he's not, but why not give the dog the benefit of that doubt.

I didn't see a number on the ad & as of yesterday it was still up. Wish they would quit playing games.

Poor guy, hope the owner gets in contact with you Josh. I agree that if he would have really bitten anyone it would have been a tragedy and he would have already been put down...

That's a pretty decent pic, for the dog to be so aggressive people can't approach.. makes me wonder.
