  • Welcome back!

We decided to spruce things up and fix some things under the hood. If you notice any issues, feel free to contact us as we're sure there are a few things here or there that we might have missed in our upgrade.

I am speechless. ( Extremely graphic, very upsetting )

The cop was in the wrong. At least from what I saw on the video. All they had to do was uncuff the dude and let him put the dog back in the car. It didn't even look like the dog was being aggressive. He was walking around calmly until the dumb ass reached for the leash.

Zero chance they're uncuffing someone in that situation, plus the cop that shot the dog wasn't there when they handcuffed the dude and at that point wouldn't even have known why they cuffed the guy in the first place.

I definitely think they should have tazed or sprayed the dog rather than shooting it. The dog came running at them barking. It did stop to smell some stuff and I agree it didn't try to attack the cop until the cop reached for it's leash, but who knows what would have happened five seconds after this if the cop hadn't reached for it's leash.

The owner should not have had the dog out in that situation, he put it at risk and should have known the seeming predilection that American police seem to have for shooting dogs (seemingly as a legal way to abuse their powers and stoke their egos) at the minute. Saying this the police had multiple options for how to deal with the dog and chose shooting it rather than were left with no other options.

Soooo... the police had an option, tell the man to leave or he was going to be arrested. If he was impeding so were the countless others that were standing there filming the incident. There was a man beside him that DIDN'T get arrested. Just sayin... he actually was doing nothing illegal. The only one that WAS doing his job was Max, and unfortunately Max was the one that paid the price. This video makes me sick to my stomach.

No, he was the idiot that parked his car rolled down all the windows in his car and blasted the stereo to try and piss off the cops. Well, mission accomplished. Now, an innocent dog is dead.

Never said he wasn't an idiot, but none of those things were against the law.

He was a idiot and already had a case pending against Hawthrone police department (the same one's that shot Max). He was trying to cause a scene, and it ended up poorly for Max.

**Rosby, who already has a criminal history and a pending case against the Hawthrone Police Department, admitted that he didn't "immediately" comply with their request and that his music was in fact "a little loud," but he was more concerned with "making sure other people's civil rights were not being violated."

Generally, citizens are well within their rights to film and record police officers on duty. But Rosby was disturbing an intense, active investigation with armed robbers and his leisurely or delayed cooperation resulted in officers choosing to take him into custody.**

Just a stupid completely avoidable situation. Both parties have fault here. The dog owner for putting himself in that situation, and the police for arresting a man with no cause. The cops could have easily used a taser on the dog instead of their sidearm.

The cops had cause. I found a conversation about this but just take it as 3rd party I do not know this to be fact

Just so you know. The cops did have the guy put his dog away and it jumped out of the car window after them. I feel horrible for the dog, but it wasn't the cops fault it was the owners. And he didn't get arrested for filming the crime scene he got arrested for bumping his music in the middle of a crime scene and refusing to turn it down. The guy has shown up to many crime scenes causing a disturbance ever since he started his lawsuit for what he felt was unnecessary roughness when he was arrested for battery on his wife.
