I have a mix as well (EM x Weimaraner) and she is 4 months and 38lbs, so pretty much the same size as yours. And the smooth coat as well.
The first pic, the first thing I thought of was Boxer! Do you have her papers? Could you maybe get DNA done on her? I know you don't care if she's pure bred or not, but the person you bought her from shouldn't be advertising as pure bred if she's not. Also, what if you were to breed her? You could (potentially) be selling mixes as pure bred yourself unknowingly. Not a good thing.
