If it works for you, then that's great. I never slam anyone who makes an effort to be healthy and workout. I wonder though, have you ever done pilates and yoga? They aren't exactly easy if done correctly and beyond the beginner stage. Many physically fit people are surprised when they find that they are unable to do some of the basic moves like a v-sit or a roll up. They don't have the core strength or flexibility. Every kind of exercise has it's own benefits, and when you combine/alternate workout types you get really good results. Yoga and pilates build core strength, flexibility, and long, lean muscles. I do many different kinds of exercise, including pole work and some lifting. I don't lift to build bulk because I don't like the way it looks, I lift to build definition and for strength. Yoga and pilates, among other exercises, have helped me build a very strong core. I'd wager you can do plenty of things I can't, but I also bet I can do a few things at age 45 that you can't thanks to my less intense exercises. As for the Prancercise video - the biggest hype about that has been her white pants and their ... lack of a gusset in the crotch. Not pretty.
You have two good looking dogs. I noted that in the comment section of one of your videos you stated you were planning to breed your CC to you EM. There are plenty of mixed breed dogs already. I find it very irresponsible to deliberately plan such a breeding. I hope you reconsider.
