PLEASE...Send some healing thoughts

I am sitting here with tears running down my face trying to keep positive thoughts, but worst case cenario keeps popping in my head. Today was Sadies appointment at the specialist to have her tested for EPI/SIBO/B12 deficiency. They also did a CBC Super-chem and a urinalysis. The Doc just called me to inform me that her urine is very diluted and her kidney enzymes are elevated, so that indicates kidney disease. And she said that it is very concerning in such a young dog. We will not have the test results on the GI-tract for about a week and she wanted to send the urine for a more specialized test panel. Send some healing vibes this way. I hope it might just be a kidney infection. The Specialist called in a antibiotic in to get her started on tonight so I will go and get that soon.

I was poking around on the web and the more you read, the worse it gets. The info I found as far as symptoms go, was very vague. The only thing that stood out was the diarrhea and here lately she has not been very interested in eating. She is eating but she always leave food and she never did that before. I picked up the antibiotics and I am praying it is just an infection....

Yah, but I was looking at diet stuff to help control it, not the "omg she's gonna die" stuff, I try not to torture myself that way if I can help it.
