Quick help needed

Please take a quick look at the picture in the link below. Any guess of what mix she is and how old? If she has not found a home in the next couple of hours I am seriously thinking of going and getting her. I'm just worried about her fitting into the pack. Ziva can be a bit dominant towards our little ACD but it has never led to a fight.

Some of the training guru's here willing to walk me through this if I have a problem with Ziva and the new pup?

I am not good at guessing breeds but she has some big old paws. How great is it that you are considering saving her. The poor girl. It breaks my heart to see a pup like this. :-(

Thanks Kris! No accolades yet. Do you see pit in her, I didn't but I terrible at guessing breeds. I'm a little worried about bringing in a pit due to DA and having a couple of dogs that are not going to accept that.

I thought there might be some pit but nothing prevalent enough for me to see. Also, don't buy right into that DA hype. I raised/owned APBT's for years without issue. She appears to be still just a baby which is helpful.

Thanks Kris!

We are trying to make contact now. We did see an update that the chain has been removed, it was not embedded like they thought. I am so frigging nervous. I just can't let my fears stop me from doing what is right.

I hope you get her! I don't know her breed, am not good at mixes. She looks young and I think you would have time to work with her regardless of breed.

I don't know if I am right in this thought, but my 1st thought is to keep her separate until she is more healthy.

I don't see pit in her but with mixes it is hard to tell, just control every interaction from the start and always keep an eye out, she looks like a sweet girl but I know what dominant bitches are like.

I'm hoping she is young enough that there will not be a problem.

On a happier note we are thinking of naming her Kismet.

I'm asking for forgiveness in advance. I'm afraid I will be pretty needy in the coming days. Asking a lot of stupid questions.

Mary, if I didn't have Fila's I would bring you down here to help me for a couple of weeks.

I see a little pit but with the angles of the pics it's kind of hard to tell. Her face looks a little houndish in the first pic. I've been trying to think of what breeds will throw brindle pups besides mastiffs & I'm drawing a blank. Are you going to get her?

My daughter is the one who saw this on FB. She is trying to contact the people now. A friend of a friend kind of thing. If she has not already been spoken for we are going to get her.

Wish us luck!

Boxer, bulldog, old english bulldog, akita, greyhound. Off the top of my head.

AB- I am so hoping this poor girl finds her way to you...

As for breeds... I see maybe Catahoula, mixed with some hound, possibly Greyhound. I don't really see a Pit in her.
