Someone did that with a batch of chows a year and a half ago on the east coast (PA I think), local rescue took a bunch of the dogs. Its heart breaking.
Un freakin real! Seriously people no longer care about anyone or anything other than themselves. its the world of i am entitled whether it wrong or right, whether its someone else hard work, or whether it cost others their lives. All will one day be judged.
I saw this on the news. They said it was a puppymill because the state has added more restrictions and regulations on puppymills so they are dumping the dogs. Karma...
They were suppose to be up for adoption on Sunday but is was a miscommunication. A lot of potential adopters upset and left without an animal. The report says that most dogs need at least $1K in vet care. Very sad...
