We decided to spruce things up and fix some things under the hood. If you notice any issues, feel free to contact us as we're sure there are a few things here or there that we might have missed in our upgrade.
I drive Lolly around in a Honda CRV. She is 5 months old now so it is getting harder for her to ride in he front seat. This picture is when she was 12 weeks old. and the Honda gets 29 mpg.
How do you get your dogs in and out of these vehicles? I too have a CR-V, but at 4 weeks/51#, Windsor is getting pretty heavy to lift in and out. All the stuff I've been reading is that if they can't jump on it, they shouldn't jump off of it. We have a ramp for our previous dog but that's cumbersome to lug around. Thoughts?
Add us to the "small-ish" car group. My car (unfortunately) is a 2005 VW jetta wagon (not the tdi) and hubby 's new car is a 1995 or maybe 98 Subaru ... Uh, Forester wagon/suv thing I think. Since a car seat and a teen frequently go in the back seat both dogs get squished in the back back. We often rig a barrier between dogs and kids to save ourselves from the ear killing whine of the teen
