1 a day. First 4 weeks I gave him 2 a day as per the instructions. I give him the stage 3, which is the strongest.

I should add it's based on weight. Tashie gets 1 1/2 per day and Thalia gets1/2 a day.

Thanks guys! I use a canon rebel t5i and my fave lens right now is the 55-250mm lens. I use light room cc for editing.
