What a handsome boy! He does remind me if my Yogi, who's an Am Staff/Mastiff mix - a too big head with a muscular chest and nice, slender back end with a tight waist tuck. People ask all the time how old Yogi is, and think he's younger because his head is disproportionately large, lol.
He's a little guy - 21 inches tall and right now probably 74 pounds. His ideal weight is about 70-72 pounds. He IS definitely mostly Am Staff and has that personality, minus the drive. He's just got a little mastiff. What's funny to me though, is when people ask what kind of dog he is, always get "oh yeah, I can see the mastiff" when I day he's a staffy mastiff mixHow much does Yogi weigh and do you know how tall he is? Holy cow, it's so hard tell size from pictures - I thought Angus was quite a bit bigger than Yogi.
I love the fact that I'm not the only one who calls a 70 lbs dog little.People first meeting him who have seen pics always say, "He looks so much bigger in his pictures!" It's true, he's just a little guy, but he is a very fierce protector. I would not mess with him lol

Jiggers is 70 lbs & 27 inches and people think I'm crazy when I call him little. Even if they can see Kryten. I've been told by a few people that no Jiggers is a large dog and Kryten is just huge. People just don't have the proper sense of scale.Compared to your boy, Angus looks like a teacup dog.
