Mars Veterinary doesn't have their sh*t together...What kind of rinky dink crap goes on?
Too many burnt out pot smoking wanna be geneticists who couldn't cut the grade???
My faith in this company is in the trash can. I doubt they even have an actual geneticist on staff...
Yesterday I spoke with Mars Veterinary customer service rep, gave my name & codes & all identifying info etc-
I got a message on my voicemail while I was at work, from Anthony...
Apparently my name is now .... Linda & I have a dog named Abby....
Linda is probably gonna be a new member on the mastiff forum ...LOL
Apparently Linda has a problem with the reults Mars pulled from, well....Mars...
Shout out to LINDA!!!!!
HEY!!!! Linda---If your sweet lil dwarf now has a projected adult weight of 100+ pounds & your FREAKING OUT, don't worry, there are people here who will guide you
And please stop putting those silly bows in her hair!!!
I got some BS that went like this:
"I know you're hesitant to send us a picture of ***ABBY*** & think we will use it to decide your dog's true breed, but that isn't the case.
Our scientists need the picture to decide if the computer generated algorhythms could have went off in the wrong direction.
If you send us a picture it will take about 2 days for our scientists to analyze it & decide if the algorhythm is off & if they need to reanalyze the sample...Then they will call you to let you know."
Huh?
Give you a cheat sheet???
How about analyzing the actual sample I paid to have analyzed???
***My thought is re-analyze without the pic & then I will send a pic***
Matter of fact--send me a whole NEW KIT because you can't even get my effin name right AFTER I have already called customer service, my dog's name is wrong too, & obviously you did not even look my name up in your computer to verify the information.
Anthony, 1st rule in customer service is that the customer is always right. Second rule is that you should know the person's name if you are addressing them. ***If you can't even get my name right--or my dogs name right--and the DNA sample is listed by a control # attached to my name & my dog's name--I certainly cannot trust you even tested the sample ***I*** sent you.
