Gotta keep this one going. Needs to pass up the Fila one for 2nd place.

Anyone else completely incompetent at shaving like Raechie? Severed achilles stories?

The razor I used yesterday was brand new!! I just buy the disposable ones bc they're cheaper but I usually buy the higher quality disposable ones.

I'll tell you when I sliced my leg yesterday, I cleaned it up, dabbed some neosporin on it & put a bandaid over it bc it gushed blood for a while. I went to pull the bandaid off before bed last night & I swore I was gonna cry. I guess since I've been tanning & I did burn a little bit the other day the sticky on the bandaid felt like I was pulling off 3 layers of skin. My friend says "do it fast, just rip it off!!" Um. No? It's still a little sore today but this is exactly why I don't like shaving.

Eta: had to change my wording a little. I would still rather be hairless than hairy. Lol. Just hate the process.

I'm a little weird in that I always shave in the shower with no mirror. I just go by touch. Every time I try to shave looking in a mirror I end up cutting myself because I'm looking at the mirror and not really paying attention to what I'm really doing. I never cut myself normally.

Just curious, ladies, how do you approach shaving your knees? My grandmother said it's easier to shave it from side to side instead of up. I find it doesn't matter what I do I always knick my knees or miss spots.

Maybe I just need to slow down. :-/

I shave up. I use the Venus intuition razors. Expensive but worth it. Places like Sam's Club usually have them in bulk for a decent price.

I bend my knee and then shave up over the knee. No problems at all. I haven't cut myself shaving in years but I always get a little nervous shaving the back of my leg. I always expect to cut the back for some reason. I had a friend who used to keep her leg straight to shave her knees and I thought it was the strangest thing to do and just made shaving the knee harder.

I shave up as well. Just relax the leg so no bend in knee and be a little lighter handed. I have cut some very...uncomfortable places in my OCD to remove all the hair. I'm not kidding i even shave my arms.

Do you find it easier with the leg straight? Maybe I have weird knees because it just seems harder.

I do find it easier my knees are odd. I was a competetive speed skater till I torn my right knee. You fall a lot and find later in life that your knees are a little tricky.

Same, then touch it up in the mirror for the spots I miss. Shave my head in the shower too.

Seems like no matter what I do I always get small knicks on my knees. Sometimes it does seem a little easier to flatten it on so I'm not freaking out about the bony sides. Like last night I sliced the backside of my knee, right in the fold & didn't even realize I did it until I had blood running down my leg.

Gives me the willies just thinking about cutting my legs. Since my legs are the last thing to tan it seems then I guess I'm gonna have to keep up with it for a while lol
