I live on a Farm, have horses ...riding is great exercise!

I'm jealous. I wish I had horses in my back yard. I used to take lessons once a week for 5 years back when I was younger. Thinking about doing it again but bc I sold every bit of horse related equipment I had (2 saddles, bridles, halters, brushes, etc) I'm hesitant to get back in it bc of the cost of everything. I know the places around here allow you to use their equipment but I enjoy it better with at least my own saddle that my behind is used to. ;)

This morining I did my "100" it is 40 jumping jacks, 30 situps, 20 squats and 10 push-ups (all that totals 100). It takes 3ish minutes and I get a quick boost of energy so I am not an angry zombie. It's a start and easy to do.

Updating been about two weeks I've lost 6.7 pounds so far. I have the majority of my supplies, sticky rice, seaweed, etc. Just waiting on the green tea "authentic", and trying to find a fish market. Might have to break and even order sashimi online......so expensive.

Finished week one of Insanity. Down 4lbs though it would be more if I hadn't cheated a couple times diet wise. Awesome job DD!

The first couple of days were rough. I had an old lady shuffle thing going on haha. It's better now, still tough and hurts but getting better.

Haha, of course those couple of days were days we had errands to do (super walmart being one of them). It was rough!

I do it and I can testify it works. Weigthloss without any other effort than eating the rigth stuff and stop eating when full :)
I run long distance >50K and I have never felt as good as with the LCHF... (my wife does say it is a diet for men .... butter, bacon and meat - I wonder why ?? :) )

Ok...now I'm game. I'm in day 2 of my 10 day body cleanse/detox. Weighed myself this morning & was 163. So that's my starting weight. My goal is to see where I'm at when I get down to 130. I'd like to be 125 but not sure my body would look "right" at that weight. So we'll see. During my cleanse, I can basically only eat fresh foods, fruits, veggies & protein. I don't have a grill so I got the pre-cooked chicken breasts that all you have to do is pop them in the oven.

Sad thing was December of 2011 I was 170. I got down to 142 by mid may. So that was 5 months & 28 lbs. I have dang near gained it all back. So here we go again.

Week 1 of P90X done, yeah, I've only made it to day 3 before. No weight loss but things are already tightening up.

Raechiemay I was SO close to my goal to about a year or so. I had maybe 5-10 more lbs to lose not sure how that is in inches, but yeah crap happened and I gained back and some. Hoping I can get my goal and stay there.

Okay I suck, am just starting lol...
My biggest problem is I don't eat enough during the day and grooming is physical work, then I binge when I get home and over eat. The foods we eat are actually all made from scratch and healthy, it is my habits that suck.
Tomorrow I will pack my lunch and snacks and get serious :)
