I buy all of Titan's meat at the grocery stores (Kroger, Fiesta Mart) and spend about $100-$110 per month. I was spending $120-$140 on kibble. I scout the sale papers for meat prices. I hope to buy a small freezer just for his meat in the next month.

Yah, but you're in TX where its all way cheaper. If I was buying all grocery store bought stuff it'd be twice what I'm paying now. It really depends on whats availible locally. On the other hand I just got 30 pounds of pastured organic chicken for free cause I've spent time making connections locally so when a farmer had a freezer go bad I got an email instead of him just throwing it all out.
