Poor Hector- so sorry to hear about this. I can't imagine how stressful this must be for you. It sounds like he's on the mend though- will keep thinking good thoughts for you both!
We don't know if our dogs are sort of hallucinating or something when on all these meds, I know when I was on some weird drugs when pregnant, a jigsaw I was doing suddenly rose up from the table over my head and started dropping on me. I swear I could feel every piece hitting me. Scary! Of course, it could be something really simple like wanting to go to the toilet and being unable to get up because he feels weird!
I hopw poor Hector gets better soon.

Yay I hope hector recovers soon best wishes for him
Good boy, Hector!
Another thing to be aware of is pred. will make them have to pee alot and sometimes cause a very weak pee stream. I swear it would take Cane 5 minutes to pee and that was just at the first bush.
He's much more active even on meds. I started him on recovery SA too. I'm glad he lays around a lot and just sleeps knowing no one is going anywhere.Glad to hear Hector is a little better! Hope he recovers completely asap,
At least he is sleeping and not crying mate, I have a mega stressed Mia at the moment, they are building two lots down from us (there are only 2 houses in our street) she is terrified of the excavators and bobcats and won't leave the house to go for a pee, I tried walking her outside on a leash, but she still won't go for a pee and it has been 6 hours now
Yes they stop working at night, but when they go the roos come out and Mia goes ballistic to get them, so I make sure she is inside from 4 in the afternoon, she goes out for a pee on the leash before bedtime though, it is real dark then and she can't see them even if she can smell them, so I know she will go then, but it is a long time when the workmen arrive at 7 in the morning and she doesn't go to bed until 9 or 10 at night. I walk her at 5 am! It is usually so peaceful where we live, even I can't bear the noise!
I think once all the machinery goes it won't be too bad!
It is quieter today thank goodness, wait until the truck with the concrete comes though!
