He is adorable and such a poser! People seem to be more drawn than put off by my boys. Last time I took Jax into Petsmart it took me 10 minutes to get to the toy section. We are stopped constantly. On that particular trip I was standing near the middle of the store looking at a toy or something and I hear this elderly lady (she had to be in her 80's) say what a nice dog and she was patting Jax on the head! He is such an attention hog he sat and took all her pats, it was really cute to see.

Thanks, I got the collar from Pet Supplies Plus, I think they are only in States around Illinois but I have seen similar ones at Petco.

Thanks. Yeah he has gotten used to being photographed cuz I'm constantly taking pics of him. I wouldn't mind people giving him attention if it didn't bother him but he usually flips out when anyone new tries to touch him, he's getting better about people looking at him but he still has a very hard time if they get in his space.

He is so beautiful, you must be crazy in love with him. I had to go back to the beginning and look at all the pics again...he is one of the most photographic dogs I've ever seen (or, you are an excellent photographer!). His eyes are to die for

Thank you! I think its a combination of both him being gorgeous and my being a decent photographer. His looks have probably save his life countless times now, as he is generally causing, making or finding trouble on a regular basis. Right now he is chewing on anything he can wrap his jaws around, including parts of my car and the wall of my bedroom. He is also in that pushy teenager phase where he is doing all sort of annoying things that he never did before. He drives me bonkers but I do love him to bits.

Some new ones I took this afternoon. He absolutely loves the backyard and he has recently discovered how freaking fun it is to rip tree roots out of the ground. It combines all of his favorite things: sticks, digging and tugging. In the fourth pic you can see where he attempted to excavate a tree root.

Thanks Ruth, he is 95 lbs at about 9.5 months. It's funny because when he was younger I thought he might not be as big as his sire, 105 lbs, because he always seemed small for his age up until about a month ago and now I'm worried he is going to be quite a bit bigger than him lmao. I told my mom when I got him he shouldn't get much bigger than his dad, oops :scared2:
