But seriously thanks for the compliments, from looking at the pics you would never guess what a little monster he can be when the mood strikes him, lol. Roly is turning out to be a clone of his sire which I am trilled about, though he doesn't seem to have dad's easygoing temperament. Right now he has decided that he doesn't want to say hi to new people or have them approach him, he is totally fine if they ignore him and he might even give them a few sniffs but if they approach him he backs off and starts barking. I'm working with his trainer on this issue but it's rough, when he gets older it will probably not be nearly as big of a deal because most probably won't risk approaching him on his looks alone but it's still something we need to work on.

He got so big in just 1 1/2 weeks!! So cute I love all your pics

Thanks, I take way to many pics but he is just so photogenic I can't help myself. Everyone is always saying how big he is and I just don't see it, like Smokeycat's thread. Though, they other day I went to take care of my friend's pugs who I hadn't seen in a while and they seemed like they shrunk, lmao. It's crazy to me that he is only about 10 lbs lighter than my last dog, I know I keep saying it but he just doesn't seem that big to me. It will probably hit me when I can't lift him up any more or something like that.

He's adorable, I love his devil horn ears!

It hit my hubby, how big Apollo is, when he saw him standing next to his brother's CC cross this past summer. Loki looked small! Apollo didn't quite weigh as much as Loki at the time, but he was already noticably larger. My BIL looked at them standing next to each other and announced that now he REALLY needed to get an EM to maintain his status as big brother lol

Thanks Ruth and DD. Ruth - I love his devilish horns too, they're a little long for a CC but I'm hoping he grows into them in time. I might finally see that he's big once ge gets bigger than Elliott our Rott/GSD who is a long lean 80 lbs. Roly can still go under El right now, which El is not at all happy about. A few days ago Rolex went under El like bridge and got two holes in his neck from El, they weren't punctures but there was some blood. It didn't phase Roly in the least, a few minutes later he was trying to play with El again. Same thing happened at work with the vet clinic's cat, he has nailed Roly on the nose twice and Roly still tries to chase him. Sometime I wonder about his mental facalties...

They are a bit longer than the other crops I see, but it suits him. I might not like it on another dog, but on him it works.

And don't worry, Arty does that too.....

The not caring for strangers and ignoring the bits from his pack mate seem like typical CC to me. (must resist, still not looking) ahhhhh... dammit :lolbangtable:

I don't mind if he doesn't want to say "Hi" to strangers, I actually prefer it. The issue I have is with him barking and occasionally growling at them when they approach. The standard states they are to be aloof, which means they ignore the person, backing away, barking, and growling is very undesirable. He is still a young puppy and I'm hoping this is a phase he will grow out of or that continued socialization will boost his confidence and enable him to react appropriately. Roly has a lot of time to mature yet, in a few month this might not even be an issue any more :pray:

Of all the dogs I've had Rolex definitely gets the most compliments when we are out walking. Most mention how pretty his color is or his eyes/face are. It's a good thing he can't understand all the compliments or he would be even more of a handful than he is already :p

those are the cutest pics ...he is a handsome fella ...cute videos too..there is a lady that i have gotten my dog collars made from and she makes the collars super heavy duty ..i was really impressed with the thickness and the way they hof up ..i have had the collars for 3 or 4 years for my other dogs and they are still wearing the same collar ..petsmart doesnt have anything like it and you cant beat the price ..the collars are 10.00... 2.oo for metal braded name tag and 3.00 to ship ..cost a total 10.00 ...they last for years and heavy hardware ...i havent had a jacket made from her yet but she makes them custom order and the largest size is 25.00 ..they look well made ...i plan on emailing or calling here to see if they are waterproof ..i dont see it listed but they look like that type of material ..here is a link if anyone is interested http://www.txconfederatekennel.com/dogcollars.html

Yeah he always looks like he's pouting and the bottom lip is so shiny it looks like he's wearing lip gloss. Now that I think about it he is insanely good looking and you know what they say about men who are super gorgeous... And all of his playmates are boys.... I better keep an eye on my lip gloss just to be safe :p

Can you really blame me though? The product practically sells itself :lolbangtable: All I have to do is point the camera and shoot. I mean look at this pic:

It would be a crime not to capture all this adorable handsomeness. It's a good thing all my pics are digital or else it would be pretty freaking expensive with all the photos I take. There will be even more once we get out fence put in this next week, I be able to get some nice moving shots and videos.

I just took these and I love the dichotomy of them. He looks so regal and the lighting is dramatic yet he has that lovely line of drool hanging down. It totally reminded me of the pic Ruth posted of Apollo a while ago. The pic captures his Bipolar Roller personality, he tries to act tough and majestic yet he's really just a big goof ball. I am constructing a jump for him to practice agility and he kept trying to pick up and play with this big 4.5 ft piece of PVC. He then attempted to help me saw the pieces by sticking his nose exactly where I was sawing. When I wouldn't let him help he decided to try and saw the poles by himself, he was about a inch away from picking up the handle when I pulled him away, he went in his crate after that. He is a total handful but things are always interesting when he's around :p
