LOL, everyone loves how he looks and wants to say hi but Roly is going through a phase where he wants nothing to do with anyone who shows the slightest bit of interest in him. Just today at Petsmart I was asked twice if he could be pet and I had to tell them that he does not like strangers approaching or touching him. It's kind of funny/ironic cuz people naturally want to look at him but he freaks out whenever anyone does.

There are days when I've wished I had that problem.....thankfully most folks are tolerant when I tell them not today....

Rolex is around 7.5 months old. Smiling pics are my faves, too. I'm always surprised at how many people want to approach or pet him. He is 75+ lbs yet they still want too see him. I guess his allure is so powerful it over powers people's fear :lolbangtable: it might also have to do with the fact he is pretty well trained so if people ignore him he is perfectly behaved, leading them to believe he is friendly. I've even be tossing around the idea of getting a harness that says he is in training or something to keep people from just walking up and trying to pet him.

Stella really has no interest in strangers, but people dont want to walk too close to her when we are out in public. I dont mind lol, and stella prefers it. The only thing that stella cannot resist is little dogs. Its very hard to explain to little dog owners that my gigantic puppy is trying to get to your dog because she wants to be friends... lol

Ive thought about getting a harness like that as well. Stella gets very concerned if a stranger does try to just randomly pet her or get in her face (i usually stop them before they get in her face, but it has happened).

I believe someone posted on the forum not too long ago neon colored leads & collars that say the dog is in training, dog aggressive, will bite, etc. It's good that they are bright so people can easily see them. But I bet you people will still ask. Don't know about where you live but there's idiots everywhere

He is a cutie! Hmmm we don't get asked very often unless someone knows the breed. Heck I have had people tear out of the driveway when I came out with the dogs as they were sitting in their car just looking at the house or something I don't know what. Came out and off they went.

Here are some cute Marti Gras pics I took at work on Tuesday. I was surprised he let me put the mask on, it would have been even cuter if it hadn't kept slipping off of his big block head, lol. I have to figure out how to photoshop out his red rocket, it is in almost everyone of his sitting pics.
